Gregory Batcheller
Chairman and COO
Gregory Batcheller is a commercial lawyer, business developer and project manager. As well as sitting on the Board, he is also NeuroVive’s COO. He has many years’ experience in working with pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical equipment. He was a partner at Magle International Business Law and the Interagan Technology Group, amongst others, and has also worked as project manager at DuoCort Pharma AB and AcuCort AB and as managing director of DeNovaStella AB and HamletPharma AB. He is also an active partner in P.U.L.S. AB.
Mikael Brönnegård
Director
Mikael Brönnegård is a paediatrician and assistant professor at the Karolinska Institutet. Mikael has gained experience from a number of international positions in the pharmaceutical industry, such as research physician at Eli Lilly’s marketing company in Sweden and Vice- President and Head of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Pharmacia Corporation in the USA. He has extensive experience in both biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry. He was also Investment Director at a venture capital company, and made a number of early-stage investments in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in which he also sat on the Board. He worked as business developer at a British biotechnology company in Dundee, Scotland, for a year.
Marcus Keep
Director
Marcus Keep is a neurosurgeon and chief physician at the Swedish Gamma Knife Center, Engelwood, USA, and CEO of Maas Biolab, LLC. Dr Keep was formerly assistant professor of neurosurgery at the Universities of Hawaii and New Mexico and was a visiting researcher at Lund University in 1994-1996.
Helmuth von Moltke
Director
Helmuth von Moltke is a lawyer and venture capitalist, with minority shares in a number of companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Before that, he held executive positions at BASF AG and its subsidiaries in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia. He received his law degree from Oxford University, England.
Andreas Inghammar
Deputy director
Andreas Inghammar is a doctor of law in civil law. He holds a research position at Lund University and lectures at Växjö University. He was also CFO and director of NeuroVive from its founding in 2000 until 2008. He continues to handle corporate and labour law matters on NeuroVive’s behalf and is currently deputy director of the Company. He has also worked at Malmö County Court.
Eskil Elmér
CEO and CSO
Eskil Elmér is a doctor and associate professor in experimental neurology. He is CEO of NeuroVive and is also in overall charge of the Company's research and development. In addition, he researches and is associate professor at the experimental brain research laboratory at Wallenberg Neuroscience Centre, Lund, and is a doctor at the neurophysiology clinic at Lund University Hospital. He was on the Board of NeuroVive from 2000 to 2008.
