
Gregory Batcheller
Chairman
Gregory Batcheller is a commercial lawyer, business developer and project manager. As well as sitting on the board, he is NeuroVive’s COO. He has many years’ experience in working with pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical equipment. Greg was a partner at Magle International Business Law and the Interagan Technology Group, among others, and has also worked as project manager for DuoCort Pharma AB and AcuCort AB, and as managing director for DeNovaStella AB and HamletPharma AB. He is an active partner in P.U.L.S. AB. A native of Vancouver, Canada, Gregory graduated from the University of Toronto with a law degree. He also holds a B.Sc. in economics from London School of Economics and a LL.M from Lund University, Sweden.

Eskil Elmér
Director
Eskil Elmér is associate professor of experimental neurology at Lund University (Sweden) and group leader of the Mitochondrial Pathophysiology Unit in the department of clinical neurophysiology. Dr Elmér is patentee and co-founder of both Maas Biolab, LLC and NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB, and CSO of NeuroVive, with overall charge of the company's pre-clinical research and development. In addition, Eskil Elmér is a practising physician in the department of clinical neurophysiology at Skåne University Hospital in Lund, Sweden.

Arne Ferstad
Director
Arne Ferstad is co-owner of Ankor Consultants, based in Brussels, Belgium. He has held the position of chairman for Baxter Healthcare in the Nordic and Benelux countries, as well as being European president of Baxter healthcare’s Renal Division. Prior to that, Arne held several executive leadership positions in Asia, the U.S. and Europe for Baxter, and before joining Baxter was general manager and vice president of Kabi/Pharmacia. For the past 10 years, Arne has served as an independent consultant, interim manager, business coach and mentor in the life sciences industry. In addition to Neurovive, Arne is on the board of Arocell AB and Aggancio Research AB.

Andreas Inghammar
Deputy Director
Andreas Inghammar is a lawyer specializing in civil law. He holds a research position at Lund University and is a lecturer at Växjö University. He was also CFO and director of NeuroVive from its founding in 2000 until 2008. He continues to handle corporate and labour law matters on NeuroVive’s behalf, and is currently the company’s deputy director. Andreas has also worked at Malmö County Court.

Marcus Keep
Director
Marcus Keep is a practicing neurosurgeon at PinnacleHealth in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is patentee, co-founder and CEO of Maas Biolab, LLC based in New Mexico. Dr. Keep was formerly assistant professor of neurosurgery at the universities of Hawaii and New Mexico, and was a visiting researcher at INSERM Unité 106, Hôpital de la Salpêtrière in Paris, France in 1989–1990 and Lund University, Sweden in 1994–1996. He attended Dartmouth College (BA. in religion), the University of South Carolina (BSc. in chemistry) and the Medical University of South Carolina (MD), and trained in neurosurgery at the Montreal Neurological Institute at McGill University.

Helmuth von Moltke
Director
Helmuth von Moltke is a lawyer and venture capitalist, with minority shares in a number of companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Before that, he held executive positions at BASF AG and its subsidiaries in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Australia. Helmuth earned his law degree from Oxford University, England.
Jan Nilsson
Director
Jan Nilsson has broad experience in the life sciences sector, both in “big pharma” as well as biotech companies. Jan has been involved in many aspects of the pharmaceutical process, primarily in business development, clinical research, marketing and sales. Jan has held a number of senior positions in Schering-Plough in the Nordic area, and was also involved in task forces, dealing with critical issues for the company worldwide. As vice president of the Nordic region for Schering-Plough, Jan built a team of robust professionals able to generate sustained top-line growth and improve profitability for the product portfolio at hand. Jan has also served as CEO and board executive in several public biotech companies. In this capacity, he has acquired, among other things, a depth of experience in clinical-stage programs in the field of drugs that enhance healing of wounds and traumatic injuries. In the role of manager director of a public biotech company, Jan worked with various aspects of corporate affairs, including communication and businesses related to the requirements of public companies.

Michael Vickers
Deputy Director
Michael Vickers is director of operations for Maas Biolab, LLC in New Mexico. Vickers is a graduate of the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management, and oversees the company’s several ongoing drug development projects. Mr. Vickers joined Maas Biolab, LLC in 2004, and was elected deputy director of NeuroVive in 2011.
