Mikael Brönnegård
CEO
Mikael Brönnegård is a pediatrician and assistant professor at the Karolinska Institutet. Mikael has gained experience through holding a number of international positions in the pharmaceutical industry, such as research physician at Eli Lilly’s marketing company in Sweden, and vice president and head of endocrinology and metabolism at the Pharmacia Corporation in the U.S. Along with his extensive experience in both biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry, he was an investment director for a venture capital company, and made a number of early-stage investments in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies for which he was also a board member. For one year, Mikael worked as a business developer for a British biotechnology company in Dundee, Scotland.

Gregory Batcheller
COO
Gregory Batcheller is a commercial lawyer, business developer and project manager. As well as sitting on the board, he is NeuroVive’s COO. He has many years’ experience in working with pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical equipment. Greg was a partner at Magle International Business Law and the Interagan Technology Group, among others, and has also worked as project manager for DuoCort Pharma AB and AcuCort AB, and as managing director for DeNovaStella AB and HamletPharma AB. He is an active partner in P.U.L.S. AB. A native of Vancouver, Canada, Greg graduated from the University of Toronto with a law degree. He also holds a B.Sc. in economics from London School of Economics and a LL.M from Lund University, Sweden.

Andreas Inghammar
Corporate Affairs
Andreas Inghammar is a lawyer specializing in civil law. He holds a research position at Lund University and is a lecturer at Växjö University. He was also CFO and director of NeuroVive from its founding in 2000 until 2008. He continues to handle corporate and labour law matters on NeuroVive’s behalf, and is currently the company’s deputy director. Andreas has also worked at Malmö County Court.

Christian Svensson
CFO
Christian Svensson has a B.Sc in Business and Economics from School of Business and Economics at the University of Gothenburg. Christian has a long experience within finance from numerous positions including various management positions during 9 years at the medical technical group Gambro. Since 2008 Christian works as self-employed consultant within business and finance.

Eskil Elmér
CSO
Eskil Elmér is associate professor of experimental neurology at Lund University (Sweden) and group leader of the Mitochondrial Pathophysiology Unit in the department of clinical neurophysiology. Dr Elmér is patentee and co-founder of both Maas Biolab, LLC and NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB, and CSO of NeuroVive, with overall charge of the company's pre-clinical research and development. In addition, Eskil Elmér is a practising physician in the department of clinical neurophysiology at Skåne University Hospital in Lund, Sweden.
