NeuroVive holds investor roadshow in Lund 

NeuroVive is holding a rights issue and invites you to an investor roadshow in Lund on Monday, 1 September 2008. There are a limited number of places left on a first come, first served basis. Besides this roadshow in Lund, NeuroVive has also held one in Helsingborg, and will be holding further roadshows in Stockholm and Ronneby during the issue period.

Current rights issue

NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB (publ) is holding a rights issue for up to SEK 15,010,000 prior to being listed on AktieTorget. The subscription period is 11 August – 3 September 2008. The subscription price is SEK 7.60 per share. Before the current issue, NeuroVive was valued at SEK 89,832,000 (pre-money).
